The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducted the All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) 2026 on behalf of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH), in consultation with the Ministry of Ayush.
The main AIAPGET 2026 examination for Ayurveda, Homoeopathy, Siddha and Unani was conducted on 22 August 2026. The examination was conducted in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.

🎓 AIAPGET 2026 Counselling
NTA is responsible for conducting AIAPGET and declaring the examination result. NTA does not conduct counselling.
The Ayush Admissions Central Counseling Committee (AACCC) conducts counselling for eligible All India quota seats in Government, Government Aided, National Institutes, Central Universities and Deemed Universities covered under the relevant counselling scheme.
State and Union Territory counselling authorities conduct counselling for applicable State/UT quota seats according to merit, eligibility, domicile requirements and reservation policies.
